GENERAL TERMS

> My turnaround and completion speed starts at 3 weeks, or 21 days. _{Complexity, edits, client communication, and other factors can lengthen this.}> Deadlines within 2 weeks require a rush fee, starting at $25.> By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, which are subject to change at any time without personal warning.> A basic and messy sketch will be provided for free to begin with. Once the final sketch is approved, I'll begin working after payment is received.> Details are required before payment is sent for me to properly determine the price. If changes are requested after the payment is sent, additional fees will be charged.> Private commissions that cannot be posted by me will include a fee that is 30% of the commission base price.> .PSD (source) files are offered at 15% of the commission base price.> Edits made by others are permitted with the client's approval.> Please do not commission me if you are at financial risk. Repeated immediate requests for a refund will result in being blacklisted.

Humanoid characters (Aliens, Furries, Monsters, mild Mecha)	Offensive material	Commercial use (merchandise, prints, etc) of commissioned pieces is not permitted.
Gore, blood, violence, etc.	Heavy and extreme obscenities	Tracing, editing commissioned work is not permitted unless you are the client.
Mild Nudity	NSFW and heavy nudity	Profiting from my work without a mutually consensual contract is prohibited and illegal.
Backgrounds	Works for NFT use	Please contact me for any inquiries.
Characters of all ages	Works for AI use	:)

PAYMENT	CHANGES & REFUNDS
The payment must be sent through Paypal [Invoice will be sent], Stripe, Zelle, or Ko-fi	Details regarding design, pose, and expression must be established before I am paid - sudden change of mind after work begins will warrant a fee, amount will depend on commission type and the total of changes made.
Base Prices will raise if the details are extensive	Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge.
Haggling will get you blacklisted and blocked.	Full refunds can be requested before work is started.
:)	Partial refunds are permitted and will reflect the amount of work completed.
